Main Components of Steel Tube Mill Line
Uncoiling And Leveling System
mainly used for unrolling and leveling coils of steel and feeding them into the production line.
Shearer& Butt Welder Station
When the previous coil of steel strip is used up and replaced by a new one, the irregular edges of the two coils need to be cut out and welded together to ensure continuous production.
Loop Accumulator
Used for temporary storage of steel strip to ensure the continuous operation of the production line.
Steel Tube Mill Forming & Welding & Sizing Section
- The forming, welding and sizing of high-frequency welded pipes are the core production processes.
- Forming is done by a series of rollers that gradually bend the flat steel strip into a tube, providing blanks for welding;
Welding utilizes high-frequency induction heating to melt the edges of the billet and then passes through the extrusion rollers to form a solid weld; - Sizing adjusts the outer diameter and roundness of the pipe through the roll set to ensure dimensional accuracy and appearance quality.The three coordinate and cooperate to determine the performance and quality of welded pipe.
Flying Saw Cut Off Equipment
- Flying saws are responsible for cutting continuously produced steel pipes in-line at a set length.
- According to the cutting method, the flying saw is mainly divided into hot-cutting saw and cold-cutting saw.
- Hot cutting saw produces high temperature cutting by rotating the saw blade at high speed, which is fast, but the cut may have burrs.
- Cold cutting saw adopts the principle of cold milling, the kerf is flat and smooth, almost no burr, suitable for products with high quality requirements for tube ends.
Steel Pipe Stacking and Strapping Machine
- The stacking machine neatly arranges the cut steel pipes according to the set quantity and rules by means of an automated device, and stacks them into bundles of specified shapes, such as hexagonal packet stacking and square stacking.
- The strapping machine automatically bundles the stacked tube bundles, using steel or plastic bands to fix the bundles and prevent them from being loose or deformed during transportation and storage.
- The two machines work in tandem to not only reduce manual operations, but also significantly improve production efficiency and product packaging quality
